Ironville takes great pride in our reputation for quality workout apparel and accessories. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Ironville purchase, we will assist you in a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase for all Ironville t-shirts, tank tops, shorts & caps.
DISTRIBUTORS NOTE: Wholesale and Distributor orders are non-refundable once payment is made.
Prospective distributors outside the U.S. are strongly encouraged to contact customs within their given country.
Duties and/or taxes may very well apply, but differ based on location.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping charges will be incurred by Ironville. Simply ship your unused item within 30 days (prepaid and insured, with tracking) to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Ironville will then promptly process the request for any applicable refund or product exchange.
