We specifically used a 100 lb. iron plate as a base background image on this bodybuilding shirt. These are the plates used only by heavier lifters, rather, hard-core bodybuilders, powerlifters or any garden-variety Warrior of Iron. These are the lifters that require a little more gravity than what a average 45 lb. plate can provide.

We also make use of arrow graphics to draw attention towards your monster traps and/or huge delt area. Distressed-style in metallic silver ink and beat up design, not unlike the way we feel after heavy workout.
